IGBP will hold its Landmark Synthesis Event at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting in December this year. Preparations for the event are in full swing. Here's a brief update.
IGBP is organising a series of scientific sessions and other activities as part of its Landmark Synthesis Event at the Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), 14-18 December, 2015. This will provide an occasion to celebrate our scientific and institutional legacy and hand over the baton of global-change research to Future Earth. We look forward to seeing our community, partners and well-wishers later this year.
IGBP is supporting the attendance of tens of developing-country scientists. Special thanks to the Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN) for supporting participants from the Asia-Pacific region. Thanks also to NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA) for their support.
IGBP closed at the end of 2015. This website is no longer updated.
